Self-pay rates are $100 per 50-minute session, payable via CASH or CREDIT CARD at the time of service.
Please add a Credit Card number on your enrollment forms to assist in billing and copays.
Your Insurance, or Employee Benefit Plan may cover mental health care in full, or in part once your annual deductible is met. Please check your coverage carefully by calling the 1-800 number on your insurance card, and ask the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval or authorization required from my primary care physician?
In the event you do not have insurance, or our services are not covered, a reduced fee service is Available. No one is turned away without some assistance.
Additional benefits may be available for active duty military and dependents.
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay a $25.00 missed appointment fee for that time. Be mindful that someone else may have been hoping for a cancellation.
